I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 20th of April Wo 11557/1909 transmitting to us a copy of a despatch and its enclosures from the Governor of Hong Kong with regard to the terminal station of the British Section of the Kowloon-Canton Railway.

2. We communicated the papers to the Consulting Engineers and I enclose for the information of the Secretary of State a copy of their reply together with the plan referred to therein,
